Managed Global Roll Out of Systems Training in Eleven Countries
Problem: Global organizational consulting firm acquired a major competitor and needed to merge operational systems within 3 months.
Solution: We assembled a team to work with subject matter experts to identify what training each of the new team members would need. We identified training locations in eleven countries, managed all training logistics as well as facilitated rapid content creation. This training engagement was managed by Peak Seven Consulting.
Learning Management System (LMS) Conversion including All Content
Problem: International non-profit educational society dedicated to water quality was upgrading their LMS and all online content that had been created over a decade.
Solution: In eleven months, the LMS was upgraded as well as the conversion of over 20 robust courses for water professionals. In addition, 25 more webcasts were converted for online delivery by working with SMEs to develop assessments.

Project Management for Accelerated Boot Camp
Problem: Talent acquisition client needed to provide efficient training to develop a cohort of new recruiters every three months.
Solution: A team of instructional designers was assembled to work with the client’s SMEs to identify content to leverage as well as to create new, engaging content to keep this group of new colleges graduates engaged and excited about their new career.
Higher Education Data Analysis and Writing
Problem: Busy higher education research professional needed to conduct analysis on national IPEDS data to report trends in distance education.
Solution: Analyst worked with client to provide initial data analysis. Together we worked, on an iterative basis, to uncover data trends. This analysis revealed trends by institutional sector that had not been visible when viewing the data set as a whole.
